To receive your bill credits, you must:

  • Use a certified auditor from the list to qualify for the rebate
  • Implement at least one qualifying improvement recommended by your auditor and listed on the final report.

Qualifying improvements include:
  • Attic, sidewall, basement, ductwork insulation and/or other insulation that complies with the current International Energy Conservation Code and any amendments thereto.
  • Exterior windows, skylights, and doors with a U-Factor of less than or equal to 0.30 and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of less than or equal to 0.30.
  • Envelope air-sealing that achieves building tightness levels that comply with the current International Energy Conservation Code.
  • If ductwork is located outside of the envelope, air-sealing to achieve ductwork tightness levels that comply with the current International Energy Conservation Code.
