To receive your bill credits, you must:
- Use a certified auditor from the list to qualify for the rebate
- Implement at least one qualifying improvement recommended by your auditor and listed on the final report.
Qualifying improvements include:
- Attic, sidewall, basement, ductwork insulation and/or other insulation that complies with the current International Energy Conservation Code and any amendments thereto.
- Exterior windows, skylights, and doors with a U-Factor of less than or equal to 0.30 and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of less than or equal to 0.30.
- Envelope air-sealing that achieves building tightness levels that comply with the current International Energy Conservation Code.
- If ductwork is located outside of the envelope, air-sealing to achieve ductwork tightness levels that comply with the current International Energy Conservation Code.

Other recommendations may be listed on the final report, but are not eligible for bill credits. |
